What if I need to cancel?

We accept cancellations a week before the tour date and you can do it through our website.  If you booked through a partner’s website then you will need to read their terms and conditions as we cannot guarantee a refund.  Within a week of the tour we cannot provide refunds.

Can I pay with cash?

We accept cash at the beginning of the tour, at the start location.  This does not guarantee you a place on our popular tasting tours where space is limited and so we recommend reserving this in advance.

How do I make a reservation?

You can reserve online through our website or through a number of partner websites, including, but not limited to Trip Advisor, Get Your Guide, Viator, Freetour.com and AirBnb Experiences.

What if it is raining?

We still walk if it is raining!  We do our best to stop in sheltered areas to speak and often will have some spare umbrellas or even ponchos for sale if it seems unbaiting.

Can I pay with a credit card?

You can pay online with a credit card and we also take credit card payments at the tour start location.
