We accept cancellations a week before the tour date and you can do it through our website. If you booked through a partner’s website then you will need to read their terms and conditions as we cannot guarantee a refund. We cannot provide refunds less than 7 days prior to the tour.

We still walk if it is raining! We do our best to stop in sheltered areas to speak and often will have some spare umbrellas or even ponchos for sale if the rain seems unrelenting.

We accept cash at the beginning of the tour, at the start location. However, waiting to pay with cash does not guarantee you a place on our popular tasting tours where space is limited so we recommend booking online in advance.

Most of our tours are child friendly but if you have any doubts then feel free to contact us.

Your furry friends are welcome to join us but please tell us in advance so that we can make sure it will not bother the other guests.

You can pay online with a credit card and we also take credit card payments at the tour start location.

You can reserve online through our website or through a number of partner websites, including, but not limited to TripAdvisor, Get Your Guide, Viator, Freetour.com, and Airbnb Experiences.

We do our best to accommodate your needs and can recommend someplace to stop should you need a break.

You will be given the opportunity to buy from the shops visited on the tours. You will also be able to stop to buy water if you need on the walking tours.
