On our most complete tour of Bordeaux, we’ll take you through the city’s rich history while sharing intriguing details and funny anecdotes of the characters and monuments that we see along the way. You’ll be surprised by what you’ll hear! Our leisurely walk will take us past the city’s attractions where we’ll discuss the wine industry and how it became one of the most important in the world, as well as the significance of the river from Roman times to the Nazi occupation. We’ll finish the tour by learning more about the city and how it became what it is today. Famous for its sport, art, culture, and cuisine, there is plenty to discuss and ample room to ask any questions.

We accept cancellations a week before the tour date and you can do it through our website. If you booked through a partner’s website then you will need to read their terms and conditions as we cannot guarantee a refund. We cannot provide refunds less than 7 days prior to the tour.

We still walk if it is raining! We do our best to stop in sheltered areas to speak and often will have some spare umbrellas or even ponchos for sale if the rain seems unrelenting.

We accept cash at the beginning of the tour, at the start location. However, waiting to pay with cash does not guarantee you a place on our popular tasting tours where space is limited so we recommend booking online in advance.
